Client was charged with Following Too Closely and the prosecutor recommended a fine.  Rather than simply accept the fine and move on, Jason Fauss reviewed the police report and paperwork from the insurance company indicating that his client was not at fault for the accident.  Jason presented the evidence to the prosecutor who agreed to dismiss the case with no fines, court costs, or blemishes to his client's driving record.
