Dismissal of Class B Felony Robbery Case

On a criminal case originally filed in September 2018, the case was dismissed after multiple meetings with the prosecuting attorney and persuasive arguments that my client should not be prosecuted.

Upon filing, my client was arrested and bond was set at $30,000.  Within 1 day of entering my appearance, my client was released on personal recognizance and remained free on bond throughout the entire proceeding.  After nearly 4 years of working on this case and trying to convince the prosecutor that my client should not be charged with this crime, the case was ultimately dismissed.
